Beothuk Star QAL

Welcome! This is the main page of my third annual QAL using one of my own original designs. This one came about through an Island Batik challenge, and participating in the 150 Canadian Women QAL where one of the 150 blocks was the block used in this quilt. Careful colour placement results in a secondary pattern, and you know how much I love secondary patterns, and pattern play of any kind!

May 1 - Construcion of HSTs and HST tips
May 15 - Piece the first eight blocks
May 22 - Piece the second set of eight blocks and construct the quilt flimsy
June 15 - Linky party opens for finished tops or fully quilted quilts
