To Do Tuesday

I haven't linked up for a while, so today seemed like I had a moment to write a quick list. I always have a list each week, each day pretty much, in my planner, so never fear, a list-maker and checker-offer I am, always have been, always will be!

1. Turn these lovely squares and rectangles into a quilt for my August Island Batik challenge. This is the line, William's Garden, and it is divine, my favourite colours together: turquoise, green and purple.

Here are my two test blocks to give you an idea. I added this to yesterday's Tips on the New Blogger post, but in case you read the post before I did my update, here they are again.

I have come up with a better way of constructing the plus blocks to avoid the skinny triangle intersecting with a seamline. I am using Deb Tucker's Corner Pop II ruler. Pretty slick.

2. Write up the post for TGIFF, which I am hosting this week!

3. Make one or two more makeup bags for my Etsy shop since two of the three have sold. 🙌

The mainly green one and the purple one both have sold, to Pennsylvania and Québec respectively. Funny but I thought the turquoise one would have been the first to sell!

4. List my new beach glass bowls in my Etsy shop. I've been meaning to do this for a few days, so writing it down will give me that nudge! I've made four new ones, two small, and two medium, since two small sold and I've given two medium away this summer.

These are two of the four I need to list. They need to be smoothed out with the little dremel I have. There are more photos here in my Etsy shop. They really look wonderful with a battery or solar tealight inside.

Linking up

I wholeheartedly appreciate you taking the time to leave a comment, as they make my day! I answer every one by personal email. :-) Unless... you are a "no-reply" blogger, which can occur for a few reasons. You can get around that by writing out your email within your comment, OR here is an awesome place you may fix this:
