To Do Tuesday

Two in a row for To Do Tuesday, think that is a record. I wasn't going to write one since I published a post yesterday, which you should check out (see link in #1), because oh, I love the latest quilt, but I am pleased because every item on the list was completed! I even took A Positive Spin out for a road trip to a local winery, which some of you may have already seen on Instagram because I literally sat and posted it right then and there.

So let's get right to it, down to brass tacks as they say, (hmm, wonder what the origin of that saying is; must look it up as I have erased some from my usage because of their nasty origins).

1. Finish the quilt for Island Batik✅ A Positive Spin is done and blogged
2. Write up a TGIFF post✅ TGIFF - Makeup Bag
3. Make one or two makeup bags for my Etsy shop✅ See listing here
4. List my new beach glass bowls in my Etsy shop✅ See listing here

Man that feels so good! Okay, what does NOT feel good, is the crazy goings-on with adding in the URL now! Another think to write them about. I always test the link now, but just after putting in the Etsy links, it somehow (wee-ooh, wee-ooh, Twilight Zone) has switched them around! That was NOT the case when I inserted them. Bizarre and yet another annoying thing with this new blogger.

For next week:
1. Start on my bag for the It's in the Bag blog hop in September with Island Batik
2. Write up the DrEAMi! post for Saturday
3. Finish my 9-patch RSC blocks in purple
4. Make the backing (and maybe load the quilt?!) for Sweet Stars that I made last summer (hmm have to find where I posted the flimsy)

  3. Love the Positive Spin quilt & you are one amazing lady with ll you manage to fit in. I'm getting around the new blogger "slowly", but do find it's nowhere as user friendly as the old one. Little old ladies (wink) like me aren't as tech savvy as the younger ones. Take care, stay safe & huggles from a cold & wet down under.

  4. 5. And starting to work on the pattern for Positive Spin?! Right? You don't want to forget that item. You are amazing and I am so thankful to have someone who posts about positivity. Thanks for linking up this week! It is fabulous to see all those checkmarks. Good job, Buddy (as Dominic would say). ~smile~ Roseanne

  5. Looks like you really are on a roll for getting things done! I love Positive Spin - I bet the pattern for that would be very popular! It's time for the DrEAMi link-up already?
