OMG for May

Popping in with a much shorter post than I usually write due to spending my blog writing time getting my blog hop post all ready to go for tomorrow, Wednesday May 8. Hope you will visit it; there's a giveaway!

I really want to get in on OMG this month as I've missed a couple. These two goals are not on my Q2FAL list either, so it is important to put them in the public eye, and make me more accountable, ha! The main goal is to get the pattern for this quilt, Oh! The Places You'll Go! published!

I owe a copy to Rose of something rosemade, and it's embarrassing how close the pattern is to being done, and how long it's been since I promised her a copy as part of her win, oh... was it back in January? Egad.
I also have a minor monthly goal of finishing a certain cushion aka pillow cover that I can't even show you a peek of, but the main fabric is deep red and cream. It may look something like this... (another pattern that is so close to being published... should I declare a third OMG?! omg no!)

or this
but that is all I'm saying for now!

So,
Main OMG: publish the pattern for Oh! The Places You'll Go!
Secondary OMG: make a pillow cover.

  2. Writing patterns is tough, I've tried it a time or two. Good luck with your efforts this month.

  3. Pattern writing takes time. You have a lot of pans in the fire and those don't help. You've got this!

  4. Poppin in to say good luck on your goals. I like that you picked separate goals for OMG and FAL-I did also.

  6. I have been atrocious about writing patterns. My projects are in pretty good control...so now I should concentrate. I did love that one...and Rose will be happy to see the pattern.

I wholeheartedly appreciate you taking the time to leave a comment, as they make my day! I answer every one by personal email. :-) Unless... you are a "no-reply" blogger, which can occur for a few reasons. You can get around that by writing out your email within your comment, OR here is an awesome place you can fix this:
